The Christmas Strangler

A single woman is at home drinking wine decorating her Christmas tree when she's startled from behind by a masked man dressed as Santa who proceeds to strangle her unconscious.

The man then pulls out of his pocket a garrote and wraps it around the woman's neck and just as she starts to regain consciousness he pulls tight, she struggles frantically for a long time as the cord digs deep into her neck but eventually expires, the mask man then snaps her neck just to be sure she's gone.

Before leaving he removes her boots to take as a souvenir of his crime.
